What Stephen King book should I start off with?

I'm planning on starting a Stephen King book... This is because I'm really afraid of horror so I though that was a bit pathetic considering I've never read a proper horror book, per say.
The books that I want to start off with is Pet Sematary or the Long Walk. I would start with IT but I hate clowns and it's a really long book...

Please can you recommend some, or just your favourite Stephen King book? Thanks so much!

What is a VPN?
